Bingham was originally founded in 1974 to sell orange groves in East Pasco County. That model evolved after the freeze of the early 80’s. We then began developing and managing retail shopping centers and apartment complexes. Ultimately developing over 2 million square feet of retail, multifamily, and office properties.
